Rear lip fitting on a sedan and coupe?

Can a lip kit for a sedan also fit a coupe? From all the research I've done, and form what I've heard, the only parts that are interchangeable are the front lip, and side skirts. This deal just seems way too good to be true and I was wondering if I should go through with it.
Also sent him an email asking and the response I got was....
Seriously doubting if its even made from polyurethane...

no idea on fitment, but i would buy it if i were you and try my luck, at worst youll have a front lip and you can sell the rear one.
and considering that other sellers are selling rear lips which fit both coupe and sedan, i think you will be fine.

01-03 oem coupe lip fits 01-03 sedan with minor modding. the physical size is correct, but the holes dont line up so you need to drill new ones on the bottom. the thin ebay lip should fit.
