Civic 01-05 TSBs and Owners Manual in here!
I have around 74 adobe acrobat TSBs (technical service bulletins) i collected from various places over the years. Unfortunately it is nowhere near a complete list, but better than none. send an email to berberoglu@yahoo.com if interested.
ALSO I was digging thru some old files and found a complete pdf file (5MB) of the 2001 civic owners manual from honda. This is the book you normally get when you buy the car new. Most of it is applicable to 01-05 civics.

Well for some reason its not allowing me to upload them anymore, so I will try to figure out a different way to upload them.... Im converting them and adding them to a webpge and I will post the link, i will have pdf and doc files if anyone wants them...itll be about an hour before its all done if all goes smoothly

they only fix it if your car is under factory warranty (first three years). after that you pay. they fix recalls for free for the life of the car. seatbelt parts are lifetime, and the cat converter is 8yrs, 80k miles.

so they would have to at least fix whatever is not making my seatbelt go back in by itself? also what about the srs light i read one of these that said something could be faulty but it didnt say it was a recall wouldnt that be a safety issue that they would have to fix?

that seatbelt retract tsb only involves cleaning the plastic holder. it helps, but not like new. they wont replace the seatbelt just due to that. has to be a safety issue like if the clip doesnt snap in the buckle. srs they dont fix free either. its only seatbelts. you can ask tho, you never know what different dealers will say.
