Hi Guys,

I bought a 2002 Honda civic EX last year.. its my first car. Recently I hit a pole and broke the headlight and also tore the splash guard underneath. How much would it cost to replace both if I take my car to some auto shop? Also, do I have to get them done soon? Will it cause any issues to my car? The head light's kinda broken and come out but its working fine. I am scared that some water might go inside and damage something. I dun wanna tape it at the same time. I think it will look weird when I go to work with it taped. Please advice.

It's really an easy enough job to DIY if you got the parts.

As for the splash guard, are you talking about the one in the fender? or the one that runs underneath the front of the car?

Thanks for the sites RiceBoy.. I've never done it myself so have to see. The splash guard I am talking about is the one underneath the car. Um.. do you know how much it costs in terms of parts and labor if I get it done at an auto shop? Also, Should I like get them replaced immediately?
