2001 Civic Sedan LX trunk lid adjustment?

My trunk lid is having trouble latching when i attempt to shut it. Can the latch on the underside of the lid be adjusted? Thanks for any info.

you can adjust the bracket on the bottom that the latch hooks on, and also the trunk lid rubber stoppers can be turned so the lid sits lower (one stopper on each side of the lid).
