Re: tein s-tech question
most springs are only made for the coupe but will fit the sedan too. i think goldline springs are the only ones with a sedan part number. some people have the rear sag down a bit more than usual, but i only had that problem with oem shocks. after i got tokico shocks which are made for lowered cars, the rear went back up and was even with the front.
Re: tein s-tech question
yeah gearbox is right. i myself have goldline springs on my sedan but alot of people like the rear lowered slightly since it tends to give it more of a "jdm" or agressive stance if you will.
however when you lower or raise a car you will always have to sacrifice something. in the case of lowering, you're going to want to extend the life of your tires and prevent uneven tread wear by investing in a camber kit, a good alignment from your local good year or other automotive center, and a good pair of shocks/ struts.
I went with KYB shocks and Monroe struts...the KYB shocks are meant for lowered cars and take pretty good hits and are reasonably priced. The monroe struts are widely distributed through the US and don't get me wrong they do cost quite a bit...i think its like 700 for the rear alone...but it includes a LIFETIME warranty which is good for our cars especially if you live near crappy roads and don't feel like burning holes in your pockets everytime your suspension wants to give.
...don't cheat yourself or your car by throwing on some expensive springs and lowering your ride only to have a list of other costly problems hit you longer on down the road. i learned the hard way lol.

Re: tein s-tech question
heh when i used to work in auto parts, we had a guy come in returning his 10 yr old monroes and we gave him a free new pair lol. those things were trashed.
Re: tein s-tech question
so i currently got some Tenzo-R lowering springs which has bout a 2" drop, should i use them or buy some Tein S-Tech on my stock shocks, i have some 16" Motegi F7's with BF Goodrich tires 205-40-16, what would be a better ride? i bought the Tenzo-R's for 50.00, and found someone who has some tein s-tech for 70.00, which should i go with?

Re: tein s-tech question
get the s-tech its much better ride and oem shocks will last a bit longer since its less than 2 inch drop. you still need camber kit tho for any lowering springs.

Re: tein s-tech question
SPC. front and rear, altho sometimes you dont need the front. the rear is the expensive one anyway, front is only $25 maybe for the camber bolts.
