unplug stock bulb and take them out. plug in ballasts and install bulbs. plug in ballasts to bulbs.
DONE!

you can't, i just did one on my friends camry, just know where your going to put the ballasts first. the only thing you could f* up is if your touched the bulbs with your finger(you could use some gloves) and thats it

yeah, like how everyone says its pretty plug and play. I just did my friend civic's low beams and fogs, we just put the ballasts between the front wheel well/behind the bumper.

make sure you wipe off the bulbs before installing with alcohol, even if you dont touch em. alot have dirt from the factory that needs to be cleaned.
