Re: Crower stage 3 cam
"I" would recommend AEM EMS.
E manage is not sufficient enough...
the AEM FIC is even better the E manage...
stage 3 N/A will be ROUGH!!!
.2
and your car will stall if you run E manage...
thats all.

It won't run period w/o KPRO in your case. You'll be stalling at idle and probalby go into limp mode all the time from throwing codes. The stock ecu will not like that stage 3 cam at all ESPECIALLY with emanage.

Re: Crower stage 3 cam
I've seen ppl use a stage 2 turbo cam with emanage but just know you'll get more out of that cam and your turbo setup with KPRO. What ever you do find a good tuner.
Re: Crower stage 3 cam
its jus another piggy back .. im telling u man .. ull make more power tuning with kpro then u will with ur stage 2 turbo cam and emanage .. reliability comes first and with reliability power gets made ..
if its too much money and u only have the 300 for the cam , save up

Re: Crower stage 3 cam
well the pcs refers to the standalone tranny controller from PCS who also makes the XFC. basically it will control the tranny by itself in theory though i dont think anyway has ever put it on our cars. i think it costs 700 by itself. with this you should be able to run k-pro which seems to be the best tuning ecu we have availible. you could also could use the the AEM EMS with the PCS again in theory because no one has ever tried a standalone trans and engine controller on our cars because the costs add up very quick.
Then after you get the electronics sorted out you have to question whether you have enough strength in the auto trans to handle the extra power put out by a stage 3 camshaft which im not even sure how much it would be because im not sure i have see the numbers for it. but either way the auto trans is just very very problematic to modify for higher numbers without being rebuilt.
