Some more questions

So I'm new to this modifying to cars and I know what I want to do just don't know how to get it done. This is the first civic I've owned. I have a 2004 Civic Coupe LX. The EX is the same motor as the LX so when purchasing a header and such I can't find one for an LX but I found one for the EX. Is there a difference? Also I'm planning on buying the skunk2 lowering springs but what else do I need with it to drive safe and put them on. Thirdly, anyone know where I can get some fairly inexpensive black rims for 15". I can't afford new tires right now so I'm sticking with the 15"s.
