exhaust???

So i bought an exhaust off ebay and put it on a few months ago...its stainless steel...when i was lookin at my car today i think the tip of it is rusting...anyone have this happen??

could it be the salt doin somethin to it...cuz my car is absolutely covered in salt cuz its been snowin lately

yeahh believe me i kno...needed an exhaust quick tho cuz i had a hole and had to get my emissions done...

do u think its the salt thats doin it?

Most likely, high quality stainless (or possibly stainless thats not fake) wouldn't do that. At the same time if the car spends time in the garage at night and gets heated up then goes out in the cold and gets more salt then melts at night the rust cycle gets sped up.

haha thats exactly wuts happenin cuz i park in a garage...i heard it messes up ur rims too rite?

its jus hard cuz theres always salt on the roads round here
