Re: headers......wtf......

get a real catback made by a good company, like apexi wsII, rsr, greddy, etc. you get quality bent pipe and fitment. ebay is junk mostly. for the header, i prefer the dc because the pipe is the same size as stock. the ebay one has huge pipes which will cause power loss due to air not flowing as fast.

Re: headers......wtf......

well no i wouldnt spend 300 on a header. i actually got mine used here for around half that. the dc has a very poor coating on it, so i ended up sending mine to jet-hot.com for the good stuff. but the header itself is very well made, nice welding and design. heres mine after getting it coated for 120. but to be honest, if you want performance just keep the stock header. it is port matched perfectly to the head already and provides the best airflow. exhaust, just get it for sound and looks. only reason i went for the header was looks and the coating that keeps heat in the pipes better.

Re: headers......wtf......

i have a muffler for sale from Magnaflow... selling it at a super cheap price....

i havnt seen enough difference in buying a full catback system and an axleback system for our motors.. both will make just abotu the same power gains.... with just a muffler you can get it welded from the axle..back and its just as nice...

stay away from ebay junk like Gear said.. things tend to crack and... crap out on u

Re: headers......wtf......

Wll unless you go with a long tube header and delete the cat, the only worthwhile thing would be a catback exhaust. Gains will be pretty much un-noticable but it will give you some exhaust tone. My DC short tube header didnt do crap and about 3 weeks after I bought it Honda Tuning proved that with dyno results in a small article they did on 7thgen bolt-ons. They only got like 3 whp with a DC header and a catback. Not worth the money if you ask me.
