As you can see in the pic, the weatherstripping on my passenger side door is messed up. Is that really what it's called because I want to fix this before I get the chance to tint. Most of the time, it won't let the window seal completely without you guiding it in with your hand.

Any idea how much it would cost or somewhere besides the stealership and the obvious junkyard I can get a replacement?

Also, how would you go about taking the current one out?
