I have had a Greddy exhaust (with a Injen SRI) on my Civic for almost 2 years now, and at the beginning my friends and people on the forums said the tone would get deeper and louder as it got more broken in.

However, I have noticed that the volume of the exhaust has gone down quite a bit, now I can only hear it if I "floor it"...

It sounds really good if the car is sitting with the engine on and I rev it, but not when it is actually moving.

I checked for leaks and so forth and everything is fine.
