esmm question
i bought a esmm kit about a year ago, and havent gotten around to installing it, partially cuz im confused on which bushings go to which mount, aka front or back, does anyone have pics of which bushings go where, thinkin about tackling it tomorrow, but dont want to do it and then get stuck without motor mounts...

Re: esmm question
Once you pop the mounts off its pretty easy to see which ones fit the front and which ones fit the back. The rounder ones go in the front mount and the ones with the flat bottom go in the rear mount.
You'll probably have to shave a little bit off the rear ones to get them to fit properly. I know both Edwin (skipbarber) and I had to. The front set are easy to do, 5 minutes tops. The rear can be stupid to get back on. Because its a tight fit back there, pay attention to how you turn the mount (once its detached) to get it out. Otherwise you'll fight with it to get back in and oriented properly. I had to take off that weird damping weight (you'll see what I'm talking about) to get it back in there.
But all in all its a pretty easy DIY. Just have a box cutter handy to shave that rear insert a little.

Re: esmm question
Yes, you have 4. They sandwich in around the stock mounts. Unbelievable amount of difference. You will get a lot of vibration travelling through the car at idle, but the shifts and power transfer to the wheels make that worth it. Makes my stock motor w/bolt-ons feel all powerful now!

Re: esmm question
i actually have less vibration now than before, partly because my previous bushings were split(didnt know before), but it shifts great, not a huge difference over the ingalls stiffy, but a difference nonetheless, i havent however, tried doin a burnout yet, i used to get a lot of wheel hop, but maybe now i wont, we will find out, but thanks for allthe info, id rep u but it wont let me, seems ive repped u too much lately
