Rep Power: 0 Power port outlet not working 07 civic
My power port will not charge my phone. I have checked fuses but may have missed one. Can these be replaced and are there any videos to help.
I would appreciate help?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Fuses can be replaced, yes.
Check #28 29 35 in the dash box.

There's more than just fuses involved in the socket, there's a relay for each socket too, controlled by the MICU.
Does the car have more than one 12v power socket? In the center console (EX and SI)? Does that one work, if equipped?
I'd use a DVOM to check power and check ground at the sockets just to make sure it's not a problem with your accessory cord first.

I'm looking in the instructions (because I sure can't remember the last time I had to take out a socket--that should be a clue for you) they say to remove the radio in order to get to the power socket.
IF you manage to get that far, I strongly suggest you check the connector wires for power and ground before spending money on another socket. I don't remember ever seeing one bad in a Honda.
