Re: how much u paid for 07 si?
I live in Ohio and I paid 21900 for my 07 SI, sedan with navigation. But, I made the dealership throw in the labor for the fog lights and I bought the fog lights at cost. The insurance is like $150 a month for me for 100/300 insurance, but my insurance is high because I have a 2005 sportbike, a 2005 WRX-STI, and now this car. While the SI is not "performance" the motorcycle and STI are so my insurance company lumped me into a high risk group. My agent also said that women statistically pay more for sportbikes and high performance cars ! Doesnt make much sense though, becuase the argument is that women in general pay less for insurance because generally they take less risks than men, but then when it comes to performance vehicles women pay more...Maybe the insurance companies figure that women dont know how to handle the vehicles in a crash???

*i traded in my partially damaged '01 Civic coupe for $4500 & only owed like 600 bucks on it.
*since i work for my local Honda dealer, employee price for me 03/19/07 was $20,132...
*sticker was $21,885.
*in the end, i financed $16,8XX & that includes the extended factory warranty. 6 years / 120K miles.
*insurance is $165.XX per month & went DOWN $30 from my old '01 Civic coupe.
*i pay $287.XX per month & have a 6-year loan so i could stay UNDER $300 per month.
i am pleased & i love every single thing about this car.

I wonder if there are any options that they are trained to essentially 'give away' - meaning it costs 'pennies' but appears to be a bunch more - just to appease the buyer.

elite, you mention that you have a 6-year loan, did they offer a 7 yr ( I know its long enough at 6 ) but I'm curious, I heard that they DO have a 7 yr.
p.s. nice going on getting that monthly good and low!

It was an 07 Si 6 speed with 11K on the odometer. White on black. Really cherry. I paid $17.2K and got $13K trade-in on an 05 Xterra. The difference was ~$5230. Paid cash for the deal. Insurance: I have full coverage with my 16yo being the primary driver. I saved $400/yr by going from $500 deductible to $750. Insurance is through Farmers as is the other two cars and the house.
