How many miles on the car?

Have you driven another identical car for comparison?
When was the last transmission fluid service performed?
Have you taken it to your local Honda dealership to see what can be done about it?

Our newer automatic transmissions are known to develop torque converter shudder if fluid service is neglected.....it stands to reason the ishift trans can as well.
I'd suggest fluid service as a first step, and it's far cheaper than a transmission replacement.

Thank you for quick reply. Im not sure its even an issue. last car was a 1.4 skoda fb 2003. Got the car from a dealer the other day. the dealer serviced it. It has 38000 miles on the clock. Im just thinking if it get worse i will take it to a Honda dealer

Seems like low mileage....Probably ought to drive another identical car so you can see if it's just a normal quirk you aren't used to yet.
