A/C blowing warm

Hey,

My 06 civic is blowing warm air when the a/c is running, both lines are hot to the touch when the a/c has been running. what would this possibly mean? It's about to get to 110 degrees here in the next couple of days so I would love to get this fixed before hand.

When you run the engine and turn on the AC

Do both radiator fans turn on?
Does the compressor clutch engage?

Ok...
Next step for me would be connecting a set of pressure gauges to see what the system is doing, if you really want to diagnose the thing.

Did this problem just happen all of a sudden?
Nobody worked on the car immediately before you noticed this problem?
Was it a gradual decline in AC performance?

Does it blow cool when the ambient temperature drops?
If there is any cooling going on that might indicate it's low on freon....and you should look for evidence of AC system leakage such as an oil stain or dirt that's stuck to an oil stain....and stone damage to the condenser out front. Find and fix a leak before recharging if it's at all possible.
