I need some advice on replacing the existing bumper on my 9th Gen Honda Civic EX Sedan?

Does anyone know if I can install a Honda Civic SI bumper (White Honda pic) onto my 2014 Honda Civic EX Sedan?

Does anyone know if this a JDM bumper? or who makes it? (Black Honda pic)

You'll have to find out if the lights and fenders are the same part for both the coupe and sedan.
