2013 Civic Coupe Ex Mods?

So I just got my first car and I was blessed to have been given a 2013 Civic Ex Coupe. Before I got the car I had been wanting something like an 05' Lexus IS-300, or a MK6 GTI. Then I had done a lot of research on modding those, but I really don't have any idea if I should do anything to the Civic and leave it factory or to mod it.

Pls help this highschool dreamer out!

If it's low mileage, don't do anything that would void the 5/60 powertrain warranty.
