Steering Wheel Lock

Sometimes when I get in the car the steering wheel is locked and other times it is not. Is this normal?

Yes. Most can only lock when the steering wheel is in one position.

the steering wheel will Lock if its turned hard either left or right in most vehicles Yes its normal.
