Wheel size and offset
I currently have 18x8 on my car and they are just too wide for my liking. Unsure of the offset but I was looking into a set of 17x7 with an offset of +35. Will the rim stick out or would it sit almost flush with the wheel well. Im going to try to tuck them after I get coilovers so i need to know if I will have to camber them in or not.

Buy Coilovers first. Get the height where you want it and measure to see what offset you need.
If you don't want a lot of negative camber and want to tuck then 35 is good. You don't want any camber and want to tuck get a higher offset wheel. The lower the offset the more camber you will need to run to keep them from sticking out.
