Removing trunk spoiler

Removing trunk spoiler
I am trying to remove the original "spoiler" from the trunk. All goes well with bolt removal but there are also nylon pop pins holding it in place and I can determine how to remove those without cutting them off. Also having trouble reaching them if I need to cut them off.
So how do I get this spoiler removed so I can do body work on the trunk hood...... (hail damage)!!!
This is a new 2012 Honda Civic SI needing repairs from hail damage.
