Im going to throw this out there but try turning the steering wheel and then turning the Key.

Come on guys when you have the key out of the ignition and turn the wheel they always will lock up and you also will not be able to turn the key untill you turn the wheel alittle. When this happens put the key in the ignition and turn the steering wheel slightly and then turn the key then it will come out of the wheel lock.
