Newest FNG Here

Left the dealer last night with my new '10 Civic LX-S Sedan. Man, they're giving these things away. This is our 4th Civic. First was an 87 Real Time 4X4wagon. LOVED that little go-kart. Sold that with 240k miles on it. Next was a 2001 LX sedan, next was a '03 Si. Also bought an Element first year out. Still have that...
I love this Gen 8. For the $$, its a helluva nice car. OK, Those With Wisdom of the Ages, what's FIRST??? H.

Re: Newest FNG Here

The first thing I did with my 08 EXL was to put some SI sway bars on at a cost of about $200.00 made my car feel like point and shoot. Bought it from Collage Hill Honda on line. Good Luck I'm on my 5th Civic now and can't wait to see the new model thats coming out next year, the rumor is it will be smaller than the current model.

More power? Not at the expense of fuel economy. Gas is headed North to 4 bucks again, I'll bet. Better stereo? ALWAYS. Is it worth adding a subwoofer or just 86'ing the whole system? How about that ROAD NOISE? Can I add some insulation somewhere? Sorry. I traded in an '06 Avalon Touring model. THAT is a road car. That said, I've been a Honda guy for a long time and will get over it eventually....
Yep, been a customer of HandA for awhile. Just looked up the Element oil filters I buy there. Same one fits my new Civic. Good people.

Looked all over College Hills Honda's site for the Si sway bars to no avail.

Thanx for the replies Gents. H.

SI sway bars can be had for around $50...alot of SI owners upgrade their's and most sell them for a very attractive price....Next thing would be to upgrade/install insulation on them...the road noise is not helping at all....you can do some high lumen bulbs....
