lowering springs

Hi i have a 2007 civic ex sedan and i was wondering if anyone has recommendations on lowering springs......i have 17" rims and it sometimes scrapes the wheel well but i think i need to get the fender rolled in. Will getting the car lowered cause more scraping?

There are black plastics fender liners.. you can rip those out and will be fine.

The 17 inch tire won't run the fenders even if you lower your springs.
