Progress springs?

I wanna lower my 07 SI and clubrsx is selling progress springs for 175. Are they any good? Would the drop be good? Will I need a camber kit? I'm pretty new to these types of things so any advice or comments will help.

I have them with the progress rear sway bar and the ride is great it's about a 1.5" drop and you will need the skunk 2 rear upper control arms that are adjustable for your rear camber only
