it holds in your rubber peice at the bottom of your bumper. it attatches to the fender wall on the bottom where each end of the rubber deflector ends on the bumper

Hey another short question. While painting the housings of the headlights, do i need to wear some latex gloves or anything to prevent fingerprints on the chrome? or is there another trick to it? thanks!
