Sir Derek, I'd just like to ask how did you make your spare tire attach from underneath the trunk instead of the usual which is inside the trunk? I'm currently redesigning my audio system which will make use of the whole trunk leaving no room for the spare tire. I'm joining my car in an upcoming carshow so I'd really appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks!

try searching electrical, a bunch of members have relocated it underthere for the stereo, and discussed it in that forum....

Of course, that isn't the way Derek had his done from my understanding. If you look closely at the picture of his trunk you can tell what he pretty much did.

You would be basically moving it from where it is now but on the opposite side of the floor board.

Derek's trunk looks very shallow, looks like he built it up, the only thing that would require any real depth would be the speakers.
