i just got it in the mail and i was wonder if you had to trim the motor mount for the shorty header? and i dont need an o2 sim do i? and do i need new gaskets or will the old ones fit.

the short header fits just like the oem one. im not sure about the gains or if its carb legal. i'm guessing it is because its only a short header

I have the shorty hp . I also bought hte hp racing downpipe they make saw some good gains, prob not like the race header but nice. I have that downpipe for sale if interested. Im getting type S

The downpipe is expensive when i bought it brand new it was 275 make me an offer. Not to cheap it was on the car for about 1 month or 1/2 its stainless steal, but from the heat it turned different color down by transmition. Let me know if you still want it.

does it have C.A.R.B. EXEMPT NUMBER STAMPED ON IT...POST A PIC OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. I AM ASSUMING THAT IT IS A LOT THICKER THAN THE DC SPORTS HEADER.....

eh i doubt its carb exempt, even though it probably doesn't affect emission. just not an emission legal part.

thats usually the case with most products.

the downpipe/no cat is another story though..

275 is pretty pricy. u can grab those on ebay for a lot cheaper.

they had ridiculous deals before... 135 plus 45 shipping for a header PLUS that downpipe/test pipe

I guess I should have grab it just to keep around for one day.
