Anybody who has replaced the clutch in their car:

Anybody know how long it would take for a professional? I'm just trying to estimate labor costs. It would be good if anybody can even estimate a time for me. Thanks.

It took 3 hours of install time for my ACT. Shop gave me free install, since i bring them alot of business. How much are you paying for the clutch, i payed 317 installed, no fly wheel though

what clutch did you get im thinking of getting one soon and i was going to go with ACT

I'm buying the ACT Xtreme HC5-XTOO. So, organic street disc, no flywheel. I'm buying it from the place doing my turbo... I think it's $320-330. What kind of clutch did you get? $317 sounds like a good price.

My car is gonna be in the shop anyway to install the turbo and tune... I figured that I might as well have them do the clutch while it's in there. Plus... I'm obviously going to lose my warranty, so I actually want some work warranted... rather than messing it up myself and having it come out of my pocket.

Thats the same clutch i have, YOUR GONNA LOVE IT! Make sure you drive slow for the first 500 miles. With my old clutch i could only launch at 3500 with out any wheel hop, over spin. Now, i launch at 4600 with no whell spin and no whell hop
