Need help on removing silencer out of exhaust! Tried everything!
Hey guys,
I never thought Id be wore out and mad at the same time from some silencer! I just got a OBX exhaust and the silencer was already included. I have tried WD-40, take some needle nose and prying out the silencer---------the part that is at the tip of the muffler by the way----and nothing! I have tried turning it but the silencer just gets stuck at the tip of the muffler. What can I do?

Rep Power: 0 goto almost any major autopart store and buy "PB blaster" it will free it up and then you can remove it, i had the same issue with my obx cat back, i used that stuff and it came right out, after using vicegrips, wd-40, etc. its about 3-4 bucks, be careful, it will melt ****, or ruin paint,
