This is why you have to use a Torque wrench on stuff like this. Take the car to your local auto shop and see if they can remove the broken bolt and replace it.

Yes it will. You are bound to atract cops & get busted!! (if it is too loud)
It won't cause any other damage, though.

thanx for all the replies. i took off the header and lucky for me i was able to take the broken bolt out. i read in another post about taking the metal washer or whatever it is off the stock header and put it on the dc sports one. everything is all good.

You can also use a tap to redo it. I wouldn't do that if I were you unless you know what you are doing. Any hardware store will have the parts though.

I had similar problem. I was driving without a bolt. Nothing happened , but mechanic told me , if I would continue driving like this, I would screw up my engine!. first, the super hot air would go out from that coner bit by bit. It would burn the hell of your gasket, and start burning your aluminum head. I am not a mechanic, but believe that guy would not just talk sh*t. So you could drive to mechanic, but I would not suggest to anyone to continue on driving without a bolt.
Glad it is all over...
