Well, My friend and I are about to clear out headlights, hopefully we can get some last minute cautions before we learn the hard way .

their is a DIY did you check it.

Heat up the glue that binds the glass and the frame before prying them aparts.
Use a paint peeler heat gun, blow dryer. or something.

yea I read it, I just wanted to know if there was anything I should do that isnt mentioned in the DIY

dont make the mistake that i made and clean the inside chrome part with a vinigar base window cleaner. one wipe and the chrome came right off. i dont even know if a normal window cleaner will do this. if anything just use plain water.
