I did a DIY lower grill that i just sort of came up with on my own. I cut off the existing grill with a coping saw and then just got some mesh from home depot. Painted it black and I molded it to the bumper. What I did was bend all the edges around it so it came into a lot of contact with the plastic. Then I used some "Goop" (name brand), which is some really strong glue and it was specific for plastic materials and such, and i glued it on. Never had a problem with it. I don't have any pictures though cause I had to get my bumper replaced due to an accident and haven't gotten a chance to do it again
