hood trim piece install

i need to install my oem hood trim piece on my carbon fiber hood. since my hood doesn't have holes for the trim piece, is it posible to install the trim piece without any screws? i was thinking about using double sided tape.

i dont think tape would hold it for long. try using super glue or cement glue or glue made for plastics.
