Anyone change their manual tranny fluid?

Has anyone changed their manual tranny fluid in a civic yet? If so what is the best way to do it? I heard I should stick with Honda OEm stuff. Thanks!

ya i dont think that has to be changed for quite a while, the dealer even told me not to worry bout it when we went for the "look over" of the car.

The owners manual states for Normal driving you change(drain and re-fill) the manual tranny fluid at 120K miles. For Severe Driving you change it every 60K.

I did, stick with the oem fluid is correct.

I think the plug is on the right side of the car if I remember. So just unbolt it, and jack up the left side to pour it out. Then put it on level gound, use a funnel and put the new fluid in. Just make sure you dont over flow it.
