Oem Kit Removal

I have just recently ordered a kaminari lip kit and was wondering how am i supposed to remove the oem kit?
What tools do I need? How long does it take? Don't want to bring to the shop because I am currently low on money and want to remove
the factory kit so I will be ready to install my new kam kit.
