go with the double platnium from napa the ones that meet the OEM specs, although these are like stock, if you want you can go with aftermarket plugs which " spark harder, quicker" whatever

What about gapping size. I have heard people on here claim that .030 is the best, but honda says nothing below .040

So what is it?

If you are going to change the plugs yourself, I highly reccommend buying some spark plug anti sieze kit.

If running N20...ZEX plugs are great!...only $22 bucks shipped.

The anti-sieze kit he is refering to is nothing more than anti -sieze compound. It is a type of grease that doesn't let your plug's threads get stuck after time. It is not required but I do it on mine. You can buy one time use packets at Pep Boys for like $0.99.

My stock plugs do that. Are there any that eliminate it? Densos maybe?

The grease is called dielectric grease I believe. It conducts electricity.

you only want to apply the dielectric grease to where the plug meets the wires, not where the plug meets the block.

I was going to install some plugs soon. annnd like always, I want to do everything RIGHT. So, is this stuff necessary and how much do I apply (if this is a universal product), or is their "directions" ???
