Don't worry if you don't have enough room. Even if the tip of the exhaust touches the rear skirt it won't melt.
I got some pics of mine I'll post them in this thread once I get my stupid digi cam driver installed

EDIT: Forget the pics my windows is messed up. BTW I have a sedan with a oem rear with no exhaust cut out. And I haven't had any problems. But I did have to take the screws out from the fender on the right side of the car.

But don't take my advice though because I am unsure of what honda rear skirt you are talking about . I don't want you to go melting your rear skirt.

No it doesn't, The tip of the exhaust is too big and it doesn't even get hot enough to melt your paint.

Are you talking about the Magnaflow? Because my magnaflow cat-back get hot enough to melt things. It's weird though...you can put your hand 1/8 of an inch away and you wouldn't feel heat but touching it is when it's hot. It's like surface heat or something; i'm not sure. Maybe it's because of the double layer tip

Accutally it does melt. I've sene it, but only if it's like pressing aganst it.
You will have enough room unless the system is messed up and I donno it's off?
Shouldnt be what so ever.

might not know if they will come in contact untill everything is installed.

that being said, i DO know one combination that doesn't work; aerotrends urethane octane kit and greddy evo exhaust. if you are looking at the rear of the car, the tip is pressed against the left side of the exhaust port. it was a pretty simple fix though. just went to my local napa parts store and bought a longer rubber muffler hanger (replaces left hanger).

if you put everything on and have the same problem, buying longer hangers may work for you, too.

My magnaflow is right on the rear. I even had to remove screws from the fenderwell to make it fit. Its pressing right against it too. If you guys don't believe me thats fine. All you guys need are some pics
