say i wanted a K20

could i got to the junkyard and buy a whole RSX an just transfer the parts... say if it was a rear end collision... i am sure i'd be much cheeper NO?

well to get a good engine tranny and everything your looking at around 5k for it and then for a whole front clip or whatever it is your refering too getting in a junkyard your gonna pay more, plus trying to find one will be harder than just getting a complete swap. At least here thats how its looking for mine

not everything from the rsx will fit, for example, hasport used a 92 vic's power steering, si radiator and other misc stuff. you also need the engine mounts from hasport, and spice/rewire your wiring

Depends on what the junkyard charges you. but yeah you could do that if you find one in good shape. but reddragon is right, it will be hard to find one. or if you do find one and at a good price just wait and piece the set up together out of a couple of beat up RXS's if you need to, that is if you aren't in a hurry.

You will also need the rsx's subframe[IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]
