will urethane kit fit better after painting it?

i just got the octane front in urethane from areotrends and tried to put it on my car to see what it will look like, however i couldn't get it to fit right under the lights. seems like the edges overlap. will it fit better after its been painted and less flexable? right now i have a kaminari front bumper and it fits PERFECT, but i never put that bumper on before it got painted.

How far off is it? Paint is very very thin. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]
and paint won't make the kit much more stiff either.
So...... paint will make very very little difference

adjust the lights and the brackets they are on... if im correct, which i am.. theres some play and u can adjust them and then retighten all the bolts [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

or you can do what i did and have a shop make custom brackets to hold the bumper up...[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]
