complete interior panel removal guide

anyone have specific info on exactly how to remove each and every panel in the interior? i have read the rear deck removal and stuff which helped alot.
what i dont know is:

how the door sills come off
the top part of the seatbelt thing (* I HAVE A COUPE)
passenger kick panel
driver side hood release panel
headliner
and other stuff i probably forgot.

im gonna be recarpeting my car and painting the panels soon. i just dont want to go poking around bending and warping the panels trying to get them off when im sure there is a proper way for everything to be removed.

thanks for all replies

wassup mike.

try that mahjestic honda website. I know they sell parts, but they show you diagrams of where pieces go, in detail. You can probably figure out what things have to be taken of first and then next, etc.

here's an example

From what I can gather the carpet and the headliner comes off rather easy, but it doesn't go back? About how much is it to get reapolstered floors and headliner? I've got a Dynamat project I'm working on over the summer and don't want to rip everything off before it's too late.
