Painted tail lights
a guy on 2001civic.com painted his tail lights silver looks great, i love it, if i was to do it on a sedan, what part of the light should i not paint for it to be legal???

This was covered before , except about coupes. soon to be a DIY maybe. 
Please Don't Customize A Sedan Like You Would A Coupe. It's funny seeing a 4 door zooming past yah, moreover a Bling'ed-out one.[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]
BTW Aren't the tailights of Sedans only like 3"x6"? WTF is there to paint?

Different I'll give him that. Would probably look better if he lost that wing. IMO, kinda cheapens something that could've looked pretty sweet.

and why are you even posting stupid messages like this the guy asked for help and all you said is IBTL. Maybe you should stop trying to make your post count go up and actually help someone for a change.

I don't think it would be a great idea to paint the tails on the sedan I mean the back up lights are square and they light up very plain it would look ugly as hell if you did that to your sedan. Take my advice and leave that to that coupe tails and go buy some JDM hybrid tails your much better off then smoking your stock tails silver[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
