Painting My Tail Lights
I am painting my tails silver to match the body. They are masked and ready for paint. I'll be spraying them tomorrow and I'll post pics when they're done. Here is a pic of it masked and prepped.

Rep Power: 0 hey you think you could make a DIY on that? i would like to try that on my car as well! if you cant make one, then can you e-mail me so i can get the info i need on doing that to my car?

err... andyman? it looks like you put something on the edges of the masking tape. Is that going to be a border? I have Tezzas (i know, i know... :barf[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] And I have my stockies boxed away, I'm gonna do this just for the hell of it and try to sell to my cheap friends who won't even spend $125 for Tezzas.
What did you sand down? Please more specifics. I got a Rallye red, and I'm probably going to go to a local shop to get them painted (when I bring my car to get that door pillar painted, as well as my alltezza grille before putting it on).
I got a bottle of touch up, I hope they can match

Rep Power: 0 Holy cow! I just got my new idea! I have been hoping for a new style of altezza's to come out for my coupe similar to that of the new altima, with the directionals directly above the brake lights, and to have the actual brake lights full circles with no cut out for the back up lights like on my altezzas, maybe I could mask my stockers to give me that effect? I'm gonna try when I get my RS front lip and Kaminari side skirts painted!

Rep Power: 350 Ok, they've been sprayed, they're at the shop drying right now. They look damn good. I'll pick them up in about an hour and remove all the tape. I will get pics sometime tomorrow and post for everyone to see.....can't wait.
