Si Instrument Cluster?
Anyone try or know somone who has tried putting a 2003 Civic Si instrument cluster to our cars? Any problems? I have one sitting here and wanna know if something will go wrong. I think Im gonna try it any way, LOL
it wont work, it may fit but think about it, our cars have completely different measurements/power, thus giving false readings. The gas tank guage alone would be off and thats the least of it, think how off the rev's and speed will be. But umm yea you could try it, I dont know if it'll screw your car up or blow out any fuses, but umm, let us know how that works out for ya.

Lol this aint star trek, where when the ship gets hit (even when it doesn't get passed the shields), the computers inside the command room start blowing up. lol.
The worst that could happen is that the 03 Cluster would get screwed up. And also, your original cluster will not be in tune with your engine (mileage-wise) because you would have moved some distance to even test the 03 cluster. Don't travel to much with the new cluster if you wanna put the original back on, because the mileage in your engine will raise, but not for your original cluster. You wanna keep the two the same (the engine's and the original cluster's mileage), if you're gonna put the original cluster back on. you dig me? but when you put the original cluster on, it'll work the same.
