ADVANCE TIMING ANYONE???

Got a question guys, anyone here already did advanced their timing on their engines? How did you do it? Does making use of a controller like the Apex-ITC and an Adjustable Cam Gear will help advanced our timing[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG] Tnks everone for your help Suggestions and opinions are open

it is my opinion that advancing or retarding timing on a sohc would only change the layout of the powerband.

I bought one of those ships they sell on ebay they say its to advance your timing and add 20 more horse by putting it on the intake sensor it suppose to send a signal back to the comp saying its cold air comming in even when its not. I tried it and i just didnt notice any differece. I guess the only way to know is by a dino test. I know this doesnt answer your question but just in case you see it on ebay and wondered about it.
