I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about. A picture would help. Then I could suggest a couple of things...

don't have access to a camera right now, but i'll try to explain. on the strut assembly, there is the arm that comes off of it. that arm connects to the steering control arms. the steering control arm is connected to the strut assembly by a bolt that goes down through a hole in the arm that comes off the strut assembly. it's this bolt that is attached to the steering arm that won't come free of the strut assembly, even though it's supposed to easily come out. hope that helps a bit, grey.

Oh, that one. There is a little pin in that bolt. Did you take that out?
At least I think there is, if I remember correctly.

try pb blaster. wd40 is nothing more than fine motor oil. in an extreme case u better have a blowtorch handy.

you need to hammer the end of the tie rod not the bolt man,try hooking back the nut to the bolt for a little support for the tie rod and give the hammer some force but make sure to hit the end tha will come loose

hope that helps

Oh, wait. The tie rod? Yeah, the best tool is a tie rod seperator. A U-shaped tool that applies pressure around the tie rod to get it out. I think that's what should be used...

He is exactly right.
When you are doin anything with the suspension assembly never play with the bolt head. It cna strip or break off. You will see that you cna move that "arm" so move it ina direction where you cna get a good angle at it from the other end of the bolt and hammer away. USE SOME FORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean that too!
