Getting 19's and need some Spring advise

Right now my car has 17's (215 40 17)on it with Goldline springs and my side skirts drag on stuff from time to time. My question is When I get my 19's (215 30 19) Am I gonna need to raise up my car some? If so then what springs should I get? I dont want to go with coilovers bc I have heard that they ride like crap.

Thanks in advance

you won't need to raise you car any at all. My friend has 215/35/19 on his civic and his is actually higher than when he had my 205/40/17 on. It's about 1 inch higher even when we both had goldlines. So no worries. Hope this helps.
