Cleared Headlights and headlight installation

Hey

I just bought new headlight bulbs and wanted to install them ,and clear my headlights. Are cleared headlights legal in NJ? anyone know? also anyone have a DIY on installing headlight bulbs? or is it as simple as unplugging and replugging? i have H4 Nokya artic white pro halogen bulbs. thanks all

Installing light bulbs is easy. Just follow the instructions in your car's manual. It's basically unplugging the wires, removing the rubber stopper and reaching in and taking out the bulb.
