Coolant interval

i've seen some posts that say the interval for changing engine coolant is about 2 years... i just looked in my owner's manual for my '01 Civic and it says every 120,000 miles! big difference there... which one is right?

ok, i still wasn't convinced, so i took a look in the Helm's manual... it says to do the 1st coolant change at 120K miles (10 years) and then after that, every 60K miles (5 years).

is honda using a longer interval coolant or something? even if they are, i thought long-interval coolants were supposed to be changed every 5 years...
